Patient guide · First visit
Know what
to expect.
Your first appointment is designed to replace uncertainty with a clear understanding of your oral health and options.

Before you arrive
Bring your Emirates ID, insurance details, medication list, and any recent dental records you have.
Allow enough time
A comprehensive first visit is intentionally unhurried. Our team will confirm the expected appointment length.
Tell us what worries you
If you feel anxious, have a strong gag reflex, or had a difficult past experience, let us know before the visit.
The appointment
Four clear stages, with time to ask.
- 01
A private conversation
Your doctor begins with what brought you in, your dental and medical history, past experiences, and what a good outcome means to you.
- 02
A careful examination
We examine teeth, gums, bite, jaw comfort, soft tissues, and existing dental work. Imaging is recommended only when it adds useful information.
- 03
Findings you can see
Your doctor reviews photographs, scans, or X-rays with you and explains what is healthy, what needs attention, and what can be monitored.
- 04
A plan you understand
If treatment is needed, you receive a priority-based plan with options, timing, fees, and the opportunity to ask questions before deciding.

Nothing is assumed
A consultation is not a commitment to treatment.
You are welcome to take time, discuss the plan with family, or ask for clarification. Our responsibility is to make the clinical picture and choices clear.
- Alternatives and trade-offs explained
- Fees discussed before treatment
- Urgent and elective care clearly separated
